The modern 21st century workplace comprises of various set and categories of people with different mind-set, philosophy, background, culture, religious belief, among others. Social ethics which is more concerned with social interactions includes observing workplace ethics in relationship with seniors, relationship with colleagues, relationship with subordinates, relationship with customers and relationship with vendors.

When workplace ethics become a daily occurrence, employees will eventually become more reliable, dedicated, disciplined, agile, productive, responsible and professional.
