Then apply for the African Civic Engagement Program 2021 for Young Leaders in sub-Saharan Africa which seeks to develop professional skills and help the individual acquire tools to improve stakeholder engagement among government units and local communities.
The African Civic Engagement Academy (ACEA) is a free online training program and networking opportunity offered to selected mid-career NGO and public sector leaders across Africa. The program is supported by the U.S. government with course content delivered in partnership with the University of Georgia. The program provides the individual with 50+ hours of virtual coursework and peer discussion in English, French and Portuguese.
